Sunday (20 Jan 2008), I went to Jacky's world tour 99th overseas concert together with Shervene, Wei Wei and Jane. It was his last ourseas for this concert tour. He has been singing since 1st Sept 1985 and its is 23 years experince. He is currently 46 years old and might retire anytime so we decided to watch his concert before he retired. The show took 3 hours ++. Its a combination of his classical love songs and some faster pace songs as well as the famous Snow Wolf Lake scene. Although he can't perform at his best that day because he had a flu, but then it was quite an enjoyable show. Above Average i would says.
Jacky concert was my 2nd concert actually. The first concert that i've watch were Beyond 20th Anniversary concert. That was way back 5 years ago at 2003. Compare to Jacky concert, I prefer the Beyond concert. Jacky songs are mostly romatic songs which wont much bring up the heat among the viewers. Its totally the differ for the Beyond concert, I still remember everyone started to heat up as early as thier first song when Beyond start to perform. Everyone stood up at their chairs to cheer the band from the first song till the end. Everyone was singing along with the band most of the time. I really wish there would be another good concert like it.
